Legal Obligation: We retain certain records (like booking forms) for 7 years to meet UK insurance and tax requirements.

Digital Records: Data is stored securely within the Amelia Booking System and protected by industry-standard encryption.
Physical Records: Any physical medical forms completed on-site are held securely by the Lead Instructor for the duration of the course and then transferred to secure storage or destroyed if no longer needed.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Sharing –

We only share your data with:
Service Providers: Payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) and our booking system (Amelia).
