OVERVIEW
Join Gazza for a full day learning the essential skills needed to thrive in the woods.
If you have ever wondered how to build a base-camp in the woods, or would love to feel genuinely ‘at home’ in the wilder places around you, this is the day for you.

Feel more confident about what to put in that daypack,
and explore those fundamental outdoor skills that you feel you ‘really ought to know’.

LEARN
Identify your survival priorities and learn to set up camp efficiently and reliably.

DETAILS
Things we will cover:
- Using and maintaining your tools.
- Building, lighting, and using fire.
- Locating, gathering, and treating water.
- Siting and building effective shelters.
- Sourcing and providing wild food.
- Informed modern equipment choice and use.
- And of course, how to deal with an emergency.

CONDITIONS
Suitable for adults only (18+)
Cost for the day is £100 PP
The day will run from 0900 to 1600 to give us plenty of time round the fire.
Groups will be no larger than 10 people to ensure you get my fullest attention.​
